When it comes to this case the physical evidence is very limited, which is more reason why the identity of this young girl is still unknown. The remains were covered on May 28th, 2016, near a desert area in Mohave County, Arizona. The body was in an advanced state of decomposition, which sadly made it harder for investigators to gather a lot of details.

According to reports, the girl is estimated to have been between 13 and 17 years old. One of the biggest pieces of evidence is her dental records her teeth showed signs of having had some dental work done, which could help identify her if old records are ever matched. unfortunately, no DNA matches have been made for two CODIS or other databases.

Another important detail is the clothing and personal items found at the scene. She was wearing athletic type clothing a pair of sweatpants and a shirt. No shoes were found with the body. No ID, jewelry, or other personal items were recovered.

There were also no obvious signs of trauma on the remains which makes it even more difficult to determine, exactly what happened to her. The report states that the cause of death is still unknown.

One thing that really stands out to me is that there haven't been any confirmed sightings or strong leads about who she was or how she ended up there. there are no missing person reports from the area that matched her description. This makes me wonder if she might have come from somewhere else, or if no one reported her missing which is heartbreaking to think about.

In this case, even though there is some physical evidence, it's not enough to solve the mystery yet. It shows how important it is for people to keep sharing her story maybe one small clue could finally help identify her.
